I am from mainland China and obtained my electronic engineering degree in Hong Kong. I came to Stanford to hone my business/finance skills by pursuing a master's degree. I can be your ideal Chinese Mandarin tutor.

When I was in Hong Kong, I have taught Chinese Mandarin to:

1) A 7-year old Cantonese child
2) A 22-year old young lady from England who had internship in Hong Kong
3) A 27-year old British equity trader in a leading investment bank respectively.

Therefore, I have abundant experiences in tutoring. I can guarantee you that you can grasp basic Chinese Mandarin under my instruction.

Hey, I want to do this to earn some pocket money. In Hong Kong I normally charge 150 HK Dollar per hour (around 20 US Dollar). I am not so familiar with the price here so we could talk about compensation.
