Hello,

I am a 31 year old Stanford Alumni currently working on campus. I live in the South Bay but wish to move closer to campus (Mountain View north to Redwood City areas). I am respectful of others, clean, and enjoy an anxiety free home life. I love to ride bikes and ski, but occasionally watch a sporting event or movie.

I have a 10 year old lab mix dog. He is very laid back, sweet, and always gotten along with everyone he's met (including other animals (dogs, cats, etc...)). I brush him and vacuum twice a week so that any dog hair is eliminated from the living space.

I am looking to pay no more than $750/mo including all utilities and costs. I am also willing to barter house cleaning and yard work to reduce the price or make up for a difference in rate.

My room could be furnished or not, I am flexible on that front. I do not have dishes, pots/pans, appliances, etc... so ideally the kitchen would be furnished. I am a professional adult and am seeking housing allowing full privileges to the common spaces.
