Does someone in your family have a smartphone?

Does your family have access to the Internet?

If so, we need your help!

We are a research team at Stanford University's School of Education conducting a study on problem-solving, learning and computer applications. Your child or children grades 4-7 will get exposure to problem solving by participating in this study and you can help us improve learning.

The study:

  • 6 hours total over the course of 2-3 weeks

  • Learning activities to do on your own at home

  • Home-based before and after surveys

If you agree, we may ask to observe your child or children in the problem-solving activities.

Each member of the family who is in grades 4-7 and completes the study will receive the smartphone apps we have developed and a credit for purchasing educational mobile apps of your choice.

Interested? Please contact Daniel Steinbock at dsteinbock@stanford.edu or call 650-475-6334.

Include your name and city, the names and the grade levels of your children, your phone number and the best time to call.

Thank you!
